Recommendation : Sahara Hotel
If you’re going to Las Vegas on a budget it is important to pick the right hotel. Many times the hotel is where most of your money goes, other than gambling of course. It is a good idea to look into which hotel you will be staying at very early on in the planning process. [...]
Learn MoreThe Bellagio
One of the great things about Las Vegas is that there is literally a hotel for everyone. My personal favorite is The Bellagio. From the second that my husband and I stepped foot in there were felt like royalty, they honestly treat you with the up most respect and the hotel is absolutely amazing, oh and the food there is to die for. Every meal that we ate there we were not disappointed, but I should emphasize that they are a little bit on the pricey side. The Bellagio is an extremely large hotel so needless to say we didn’t see every inch of it but what we did see was wonderful, they have so many things to keep you entertained if you are not into the gambling.
First let me start with the pools, there are five different pools and all of them look like fountains not actually pools but they indeed are pools. There is also a café right near the pool where you can order a great cocktail. If the heat is a little too much for you then stick to the many things to see inside The Bellagio. One of my favorites is the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens; this truly a site to see. Best of all its open 24 hours a day and it is free. Everything that you see in the Gardens is made up of flowers and they change the scene for ever season and holiday. Another great site to see is in the lobby. There are 2,000 gorgeous hand-blown glass flowers hanging from the ceiling in the lobby. And you can’t forget the fountains, they are unbelievable. You can see shows every night starting at 7:00 pm every 15 to 30 minutes I can’t quit remember.
Lastly, I want to say the rooms at The Bellagio are remarkable. We got a room that was smack dab in the middle of the fountains so we got an incredible view of the fountains every time there was a show, plus you can tune into a channel on the TV to hear the music that goes along with the fountains. Our room was amazing and very roomy and the bathroom was huge. Another great thing was a maid came in everyday and made our bed and gave us fresh towels and put these to die for chocolates on our pillows. So if you are looking for a romantic getaway to Las Vegas I would recommend The Bellagio, but you might want to start saving now for it because it is very price!
