How long?

Having just returned from Vegas a few weeks ago, I keep pondering the question of just how long is too long in Las Vegas. We were there for 5 days…and I was ready to leave. Of course, I had been there many times before (if three counts as many, which in Vegas it does) and was frustrated with some of my travel mates. But really, just how much of the *ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding* of the slots can you really handle before you check out of Vegas and check in to a mental institution? Thank god we were off the strip in a resort where there was at least a pool to lounge by and some peace and quiet. Not to mention my motorcycle ride out to Red Rock. So really, what is the perfect stay in Vegas? Longer than a night but definitely shorter than a week…and, no matter how much Frankie begs, I don’t think this girl is packing her bags to move there any time soon.
