Vegas Buffets

One thing you quickly realize when you go to Vegas for the first time—buffets are the way to go. Just about every hotel on the strip offers a buffet of some sort. I, myself, frequent the Big Kitchen Buffet at Bally’s when I’m in town. From early in the morning to late into the night you could get everything from biscuits and gravy to shrimp to cheesecake.
